One club, one winter competition — follow the Gathurst members throughout the season.
How it works
- 1. Tap the link in our WhatsApp group and enter your name and choose a 4-digit PIN. Ian approves you and your starting handicap comes from the club register.
- 2. Give the organiser your £20 cash entry. Recorded in the club register, unlimited rounds.
- 3. Play and submit. 18 holes, Stableford from the yellow tees, and upload your signed winter league card during the season.
- 4. Climb the table. Eight approved rounds makes you fully eligible for prizes — fewer and you show as provisional.
Start on 95% of your handicap index, converted to your full yellow-tee course handicap. Gross 2s are tallied separately for season end, with no extra points. Undated cards use the upload date. Every approved 40+ Stableford score cuts your current league index a further 5% for future rounds. Both players on a two-player card receive their own scores and cuts. This League Handicap applies to this competition only and never changes your official WHS handicap.
